Pliers + round nose pliers + wire cutters
To open and close jump rings.
Thread all beads on tiger tail. Add some sticky tape over the bottom end to stop the gemstones falling off. Leaving about 5cm both ends.
THREAD RUBBER HOOP ON TO TIGER TAIL
ADD CRIMP TO TIGER TAIL WIRE, then bend tiger tail to thread back threw crimp pull a little tight to and have all gemstone close to crimp. Close crimp with pliers repeat other end. With wire cutter cut of excess ends of tiger tail.
